Booking Fee Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations and rescheduling Terms and Conditions:
- All appointments must be fully paid for in advance. You will be emailed an invoice containing CSK Psychology’s bank account details. Full payment must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
- We do not currently accept credit or debit cards as forms of payment.
- Rescheduling of parental consultation appointments incur a fee of €25, whilst rescheduling an assessment will incur a fee of €100.
- Cancellation of the booking with more than 5 working days notice incurs 25% payment. Cancelling an appointment with less than 5 days notice will require a 50% payment. “No shows” will be required to make 100% payment.
