Cancellations and rescheduling Terms and Conditions:
- All appointments must be fully paid for in advance. The clinician you will be working with will provide you with their relevant business bank account details for bank transfer. Full payment will need to be received in advance of the appointment.
- We do not currently accept credit or debit cards as forms of payment.
- Rescheduling of parental consultation appointments incur a fee of €25, whilst rescheduling an assessment will incur a fee of €100.
- Cancellation of the booking with more than 5 working days notice incurs 25% payment. Cancelling an appointment with less than 5 days notice will require a 50% payment. “No shows” will be required to make 100% payment.
